Discover the magnificent natural balcony of the Lapiaz, offering a magnificent view of the Tseuzier dam!

The hike starts and ends at the wall of the Tseuzier dam. After leaving the dam wall, you will walk along the lake to L'Étape de Lourantze where it is possible to eat. You will continue towards the bucolic Téné lake perched in the middle of lapiaz. You will continue the tour by descending slightly through the lapiaz, a magnificent natural balcony over Lake Tseuzier. The view of the left bank of the Rhône and its peaks of over 4000m also adds to the interest of the route. You can reach the dam wall by taking the Bisse de Sion from its source on the right bank of the lake. This mountain itinerary can be made difficult by the occasional presence of névés or fresh snow. Appropriate equipment is therefore recommended!

Tip: When you return from your walk, don't hesitate to take advantage of the terrace of the Restaurant du Barrage to quench your thirst or have a meal.
