This restaurant at the Tseuzier dam lake is at an altitude of 1,777 metres. It is located at the foot of the Rawyl Pass, surrounded by greenery.
The restaurant welcomes hikers from many different backgrounds. It is accessible by road from Ayent, on foot following the irrigation channels of Sion, Ayent and Ro (from Crans-Montana), as well as for hikers wishing to walk in the high mountains (Audannes hut, Wildstrubelhütte, Wildhorn tour, etc.).
The chef offers beautifully prepared, seasonal cuisine. From September onwards, you have the opportunity to eat products from the hunt. The restaurant and its sunny terrace are very welcoming. Birthday parties, class parties or outings are welcome , with the possibility of creating a menu based on personal wishes. The chef's specialities are the wood-fired spit, and his traditional Whisky tartare.
We have dormitories that can accommodate a dozen people. Dormitory accommodation is CHF 30 per night with breakfast.
