The Anzère Liberté Pass: How does it work?

1) I book my stay for one night or more in Anzère, Ayent, or Arbaz with a professional or private host (hotel, real estate agency, inn, guesthouse, cabin, owner renting out their second home...). Are you unsure? Ask your host if the Anzère Liberté Pass is indeed offered to you before confirming your reservation!

2) I receive an email summarizing all my benefits, as well as practical details on how to collect my pass - and those of the vacationers accompanying me - upon my arrival in Anzère, Ayent, or Arbaz (directly from my host or at the tourist office).

3) I present my Anzère Liberté Pass every time I visit an eligible activity site (or when I book my activity online, if applicable) to benefit from free access or the preferential rate reserved for me. The Anzère Liberté offer is valid from June 1 to October 31, 2024. Remember to check the opening dates and times of each activity site before your stay.

It's your turn!

Design your custom vacation plan

based on the activities and visits that appeal to you the most.

The Anzère Liberté Pass is offered to you with every booking of at least one night in Anzère, Ayent, or Arbaz from either a professional or private host (hotel, real estate agency, inn, holiday home, cabin, or an owner renting out their secondary residence).

There are a few exceptions related to the collection of the tourist tax. Therefore, we recommend that you ask your host directly before confirming your booking.

You will receive as many Anzère Liberté Passes as there are people participating in the stay. For example: if you have booked accommodation for 2 adults and 3 children for a week, you will receive 5 Anzère Liberté Passes valid for one week (2 adult passes and 3 children passes).

The Anzère Liberté Pass is valid for the duration of your stay, from the day of your arrival until the day of your departure.

The Anzère Liberté 2024 offer is active from June 1 to October 31, 2024. However, the opening dates of the activity sites may vary. Therefore, remember to check this information before your stay.

Owners of a secondary residence in Anzère, Ayent, and Arbaz can obtain their seasonal Anzère Liberté Pass directly from the Tourist Office, upon presentation of an ID card and provided that their flat-rate tourist tax bill has been paid.

They can also purchase additional passes at a preferential rate of CHF 99 per adult and CHF 49 per child.

Do you occasionally rent out your property? Your guests can benefit from the Anzère Liberté Pass, provided they have paid the tourist tax (which you collect and keep; no repayment required by the municipalities or Anzère Tourisme SA). Consult the 2024 schedule.

A good idea: the more you rent your property, the more tourist tax you collect, and the more you "refund" yourself from the Flat Rate Tourist Tax you pay each year to the municipality.

You can either make your passes available to your guests or ask them to go to the Tourist Office where their passes will be directly issued upon presentation of proof of this tax payment.

Permanent residents of Anzère, Ayent, and Arbaz can obtain their seasonal Anzère Liberté Pass directly from the Tourist Office, upon presentation of proof of residence, at a preferential rate of CHF 99 per adult and CHF 49 per child.

To purchase an additional Anzère Liberté Pass, go to the Anzère Tourist Office, located in the village square.

None, you can simply go to the Val d’Anniviers, where, as in Anzère, providers will scan your pass and then allow you to enjoy the benefits.
