A hike through the mountain pastures of the region.
Departing from the car park at Place de la Télécabine, a 3 kilometre climb with 400 metres of elevation gain takes you through the forest to La Brune. Once this climb has been completed, the next 7 kilometres pass through the various mountain pastures of the region. For the less sporty, it is also possible to start the hike from the mid station by taking the cable car. The Bisse de Sion irrigation channel will then take you back to the resort. This hike offers view of beautiful and very different landscapes along the way. It is worth noting that this route is use for a renowned mountain trail race that takes place every year in mid-July.
