Water shortage - Restrictions Commune of Ayent

The current exceptional climatic situation is leading to a lack of supply in the drinking water network. The priority is to guarantee access to drinking water for household consumption.

In application of article 49 of the police regulations, the Commune is obliged to issue the following measures which come into force immediately and until further notice:

Watering plan for the villages, including irrigation networks

Monday and Thursday: St-Romain, Fortunau, Blignou, Saxonne

Tuesday and Friday: Anzère, Luc, Botyre, Botyrette

Wednesday and Saturday: Place, Villa, Argnou, Signèse

Furthermore, the Commune reminds us that it is forbidden to modify the flow of water at the distributors.

We ask you to save this precious resource that is water

Avoid all watering during the day, as significant evaporation leads to a considerable loss of water.

Two half-hourly waterings per week are sufficient to maintain a lawn in good condition.

Avoid any other unnecessary waste of water
