In the summer, nature lovers will be delighted by the hiking trails and will have the opportunity to admire the numerous chamois, ibex and marmots that make their home in our mountains.

For the lucky ones, the famous bearded vulture could even show up! Mountain lovers will be able to relax in the middle of nature, while enjoying the traditional atmosphere and gastronomy of our mountain pastures and the magnificent panorama from the Pas de Maimbré at an altitude of 2300 m. Our hikes are designed for all levels and desires. Whether you are an amateur or an experienced runner, the playground is huge!

The unspoilt countryside around the village is full of water courses that are a delight to explore on foot, rest next to or enjoy a leisure activity. 166 km of signposted footpaths criss-cross the entire region, passing through forests and clearings, vineyards, meadows and mountain pastures. Hikers are amazed by the beauty of the sites and the quality of the trails. The bisses (small streams with a very shallow gradient), built in the 15th century as irrigation channels, are among the most beautiful walks. Two of them will take you to the Tseuzier dam in 2h30. The high mountain paths lead you to the Wildhorn Glacier at 3,247m or to the Rawyl Pass.
