ADAGI is the acronym for "Agence d'administration et de gérance immobilière”
Residential property administration and management agency. Founded in 1981 by Roland & Annette Travelletti, estate agents, the company is active in the central Valais and more precisely throughout the Anzère region, in the communes of Ayent & Arbaz.
Since then, the Travelletti family has been involved in the administration, management, construction or renovation of residential buildings, apartment and chalets as secondary or main homes.
At the end of 2020, Laurent Soguel & Emmanuel Gaudin took over Adagi SA operations. They are estate managers with federal diplomas and met on the school benches of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Professionals. It was when they obtained the "Federal Certificate of Real Estate Management" that they sealed their friendship and their new collaboration. Specialised in the administration of co-owned properties, they are also available for brokerage mandates, appraisals, or simply real estate advice. Their experience in the fields of sales, rental or management and technical management is based on many years of practice in the real estate industry.
